TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
Does Hercules FX offer the MT4 and MT5 platforms?
Hercules FX offers live trading on the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms.
What are the differences between the Demo and Live platforms?
Although all the features and functions of the real platform are available on the demo platform, users should be aware that the simulation cannot replicate real market conditions.
A key difference is that the volume traded in simulations doesn't affect the market, whereas in real trading, volume does impact the market, especially when the trade size is large. Furthermore, users can have very different psychological profiles.
depending on whether they operate on demo or real platforms.
This aspect may affect the evaluation performed using the demo account. Users are advised to exercise caution and avoid complacency regarding any conclusions they may have drawn from using the demo platform.
TRADING QUESTIONS
Do they guarantee the execution of stop losses?
Hercules FX guarantees the execution of Stop Loss orders. However, in fast-moving or gapped markets, there is a possibility of significant slippage.
What is the “Stop Loss Level” of equity?
The 'Stop Loss Level' function provides traders with possibility to automatically close all positions beyond a certain drawdown level of equity.
The “Stop Loss Level” function allows you to automatically close all positions when a certain drawdown level on equity is reached.
This function is located in the Portfolio section of the trading platform or in the client reports area. All open positions will be closed, all pending orders will be canceled, and trading will be blocked if the account equity is equal to or less than the "Stop Loss Level" set by the client.
Please note that, depending on market conditions, the final equity after closing positions may be lower than the stated level.
Does Hercules FX have a dealing desk?
No, all trading orders are executed automatically using STP (Straight-Through Processing). If an order is placed by phone, it is manually entered into the trading system for automated execution.
How can I limit slippage in the execution of my orders?
The platforms allow you to limit or completely exclude slippage on market orders. It's important to note that reducing slippage tolerance increases the likelihood of order rejection.
Are there differences in trading conditions between DEMO and LIVE environments?
Yes, conditions may vary between the two environments, including the list of available instruments or certain trading parameters.
Although Hercules FX strives to align conditions between DEMO and LIVE as much as possible, differences may occur.

CONDITIONAL ORDER PANEL
What is the difference between Stop and Limit orders?
Stop Order: A stop order is a pending order to buy or sell currency once the price of the currency pair reaches a specific price, known as the stop price. When the stop price is reached, the stop order becomes a market order.
A buy stop order is always placed above the current market price, while a sell stop order is placed below. Stop orders can be triggered by either the buy or sell price, giving traders more flexibility in controlling execution.
Why was my conditional command executed immediately when I pressed “Submit”?
When placing a conditional order, you must pay attention to the current market price, the desired price, and the inequality sign you have set in your order. If the order conditions match the current market price, the order will be executed immediately.
Market order
A market order is an order to buy or sell currency immediately at the available market price. Market orders are executed according to the available bids and asks in the market depth, which indicates the volumes available at each price level.
When a transaction is carried out in the market and the order amount is greater than the volume of the price offered on the platform, the execution of the remaining amount is divided according to the following levels of market depth.
